Band se novembra vrača v Abyss studio k producentu Petru Tägtgrenu na miks albuma. Pred albumom pričakujte še izid singla, na katerem bo tudi priredba Possessed klasike Phantasm. /M.P./

Končno je znan naslov in datum izida novega albuma kanadskih progresivnih legend Rush. Vapor Trails izide 14. maja. 29. marca izide prvi single One Little Victory. Konec junija naj bi začeli z obširno ameriško turnejo, možen je tudi prihod v Evropo. /M.P./

Bivši kitarist skupine Pentagram Victor Griffin ima sedaj nov band, Place Of Skulls. /M.P./

Čeprav je Dawn Of Victory šele dobro izšel, imajo Rhapsody že narejenih polovico pesmi za nov album. Ta naj bi izšel marca 2002 in naj bi končal Emerald Sword sago. Po tem pa napovedujejo veliko turnejo. Luca Turilli pa ima že napisane vse pesmi za svojo drugo solo ploščo. Med marcem in majem jo bodo v studiu posneli, avgusta bo izšel singel, septembra pa album. Zelo natančen tale Luca, ni kaj. /M.P./

Na najnovejši nemški lestvici najbolje prodajanih albumov so metal skupine dosegle odličen uspeh, saj se je kar petim uspelo uvrstiti med najboljših 50. Na 26. mestu so Helloween z The Dark Ride, 30. so Cradle Of Filth z Midian, 32. so Rhapsody z Dawn Of Victory, 43. mesto zaseda Tony Iommy s solo ploščo Iommi, 50. pa so Type O Negative z zbirko največjih uspešnic The Least Worst Of. Velik uspeh pa je uspel tudi Children Of Bodom, saj se je njihova nova plošča Follow The Reaper, ki je izšla le na Finskem, tam uvrstila na 3. mesto najbolje prodajanih plošč. /M.P./
