Ameriški deathcorovci Signs of the Swarm so prejšnji teden izdali svoj peti dolgometražec z naslovom Amongst the Low & Empty. Pravtako so objavili svež video za komad Dreamkiller.

Angleška melodična death metal/metalcore zasedba Sylosis je objavila videospot za naslovni komad ploščka A Sign Of Things To Come, katerga izid je napovedan za 8. september pri Nuclear Blast Records.

Organizatorji kultnega festivala Inferno Metal Festival 2024 predstavljajo drugi paket bandov za naslednje leto. Na novo so potrjene naslednje zasedbe: Carpathian Forest, Cattle Decapitation, Signs ot the Swarm, Umbra, Conscientia, 200 Stab Wounds in Vomit Forth.

Inferno Metal Festival 2024 se bo odvil med 28. in 31. marcem 2024.

Švedski melodični black metalci Naglfar sporočajo, da so ponovno izdali svoja prva albuma, in sicer Vittra (1995) in Diabolical (1998), tokrat preko Century Media Records. Obe ponovni izdaji prinašata prenovljen zvok in knjižico. Zvok je preoblikoval Dan Swanö pri Unisound AB, knjižici pa je v celoti prenovil in preoblikoval Ogino Design.

Band v obliki vizualizerja v posluh ponuja As The Twilight Gave Birth To The Night, prvi komad s ponovno izdanega ploščka Vittra.

Angleški simfonični/melodični death metalci Ghosts of Atlantis predstavljajo naslovnico svojega prihajajočega drugega albuma Riddles of the Sycophants, ki bo izšel 27. oktobra pri Hammerheart Records. Plošček bo nasledil prvenec z naslovom 3/6/2/4 iz leta 2021.

Avtor naslovnice je Drake Mefestta Designs (Cradle of Filth, Devilment, The 69 Eyes).

Švedski death metalci Erase This Earth so posneli single King of Lies. To je bandov drugi single po njegovem lanskem debitantskem EP-ju Signs.

Irski groove metalci Following The Signs so posneli videospot za pesem Exposed z albuma Conflictions, ki je izšel minuli petek.
