Prva se nanaša na aktualno produkcijo metal godbe iz ponudbe založbe Panika Records, druga pa se po »retro principu« vrača v bližnjo preteklost oziroma k izvajalcem, ki bi si zaslužili večjo pozornost. V času trajanja obeh lestvic (trije tedni) so nanju uvršeni albumi obiskovalcem Rock Bara na voljo po posebej ugodnih cenah, tisti »za nazaj« po »satanističnih« 666 sit. Na vsakem Metal Up Your Ass!!! večeru pa obiskovalcem podarjamo tudi CD-je iz promocijske dejavnosti tujih metal založb: Metal Blade, SPV, Steamhammer, Black Mark in drugih.
